Due to the bankruptcy of the hotel in Maaseik where our annual meeting was supposed to take place, we have decided to organize a shortened meeting.

Below and attached more information about the shortened version of our annual meeting. We will meet on Sunday June 8 at 11h at the following address :

Mijndepot Waterschei, Thorpark 8003, 3600 Genk.

The program looks as follows:

· 11h : meeting at the mining museum

· 12h : lunch

· 13h30 : guided visit to the mining museum

Participation : 40 € per person (without overnight stay).
